Each pattern is available in three advanced synthetic rubber compounds. This means that you can have the optimum combination of strength, tackiness, and shock absorption to suit every riding condition and individual style. The firm grips have the same feel as stock grips--very strong and have very good resistance to tearing and abrasion. The soft grips are extremely soft, giving you a very comfortable ride, great feel, and a reduced chance of blisters. However, because the grips are so soft, they wear quickly. Renthal bar mounts allow you to fit different handlebars onto your motorcycle. Your 7/8 in. handlebars fitted as original equipment on your motorcycle can be upgraded to fit a Renthal Fatbar or Twinwall with these mounts. The clamps are built from 6082 T6 solid billet, high-strength aluminum alloy and are precision CNC-machined to ensure a perfect fit between the handlebar and clamp for maximum clamping strength. The mounting studs are also CNC-machined from nickel chromium molybdenum 817M40 steel and then hardened and tempered to Grade W strength.
