Today's aftermarket world makes it easy to pick up the phone and order 1000 HP for your street car. This has created several challenges for fuel delivery, ranging from hot fuel handling to pump noise. Aeromotive Dual Phantom Fuel Systems have been designed to solve this problem. They come loaded with two Aeromotive Stealth 340 lph fuel pumps, an additional set of electrical bulkheads, and a larger capacity foam and bladder. The pumps provide opportunity for supporting big power (see power ratings below) while remaining OEM quiet. Separate electrical bulkheads allow for an "on demand" fuel system, which reduces the amount of returned fuel and reduces the tank temperature, making vapor lock and cavitation a thing of the past. Also, this feature is a must when a redundant (back up) pump is needed in extreme conditions, such as off-road, desert, and endurance racing. The larger capacity foam and bladder combat fuel slosh while retaining enough fuel to feed the dual pumps. Holley EFI Coyote Ultra Lo-Ram intake manifolds are designed to fit stock bolt pattern OE heads found on the 2011-23 Ford 5.0 Coyotes and related engine families, such as Voodoo and Predators. These kits include fuel rails for use with OEM-type fuel injectors and clips, mounting hardware, and O-ring gaskets. Offered in black and natural as-cast finish, the manifolds have a 9.20 in. runner length and are designed to improve the mid to high RPM powerband. Aeromotive VaporWorx Ally PWM fuel pump controller kits allow a second pump to be added to an OEM fuel system control module without causing overloading of the stock FSCM. They are compatible for use with positive trigger OEM fuel system control modules when using an aftermarket standalone fuel pump. For clarity, there are many names for the modern OEM fuel pump driver/fuel computer, but all basically do the same thing; communicate with the ECM to drive the fuel pumps at the speed needed to provide the requested fuel pressure. Most aftermarket ECMs do not have this capability and unfortunately, many OEM fuel system control modules (FSCM) can handle one high-power pump, but not two or more. So, in the search for more power, and to keep the FSCM working, it needs help. That's where VaporWorx Ally PWM fuel pump controller kits come in. These Ally kits allow positive pulse FSCMs to control the primary pump, while the VaporWorx Ally Auto-On controller "piggybacks" and takes care of the other pump(s). The controllers do not turn on the other pumps until approximately 3 to 4psi of boost by using the engine MAP sensor or a VaporWorx standalone MAP sensor as the turn-on trigger. The Ally solution provides sufficient power for all fuel pumps while maintaining the FSCM full CAN feedback and diagnostics, and all pumps will effectively be under the control of the FSCM. Kits are available for naturally aspirated and supercharged applications. Select the kit best suited to your setup.
