Trail-Gear offers weld-on light bar tabs, which are CNC-formed from 1/8 in. quality thick 1010 steel, coped for 1 1/2 in. or 1 3/4 in. O.D. tubing, and have 1/2 in. sized bolt holes. These Trail-Gear weld-on tabs will also make great generic weld-on tabs for things like seats, seatbelts, or just about anything else you want to mount onto a piece of tubing.

Trail-Gear LED turn signal kits fit on the front bumper of your off-road rig. T-G offers 12 V LED lights that are 100 percent waterproof, sealed with epoxy, and meet SAE Standard J2042-2003. The amber-colored lens covers are manufactured from polycarbonate plastic, which makes the lens much more impact-resistant than other lenses made from the more common acrylic plastic. The brackets are precision laser-cut from 1/8 in. steel, shipped unpainted, and all hardware is included. To deliver an easy installation and a variety of applications, these Trail-Gear kits are available in both weld-on and bolt-on styles. The bolt-on kit fits 1 1/2 in. and 1 3/4 in. tubing only, while the weld-on brackets are 3 1/4 in. tall, so you have sufficient material to cut, cope, and weld in any way you want.
