You don't have to suffer constant carburetor issues in your hot rod or race car anymore. K&N Electronic Carburetor Injection (ECI) are self-tuning bolt-on systems that add a supplemental fuel source to optimize engine performance. And, since they are supplemental systems, you can tap into your current fuel supply and there is no need to run a return line back to your fuel tank. Users have the option to set detailed parameters, including their desired air-to-fuel ratio, injector pulse width, shot volume, progressive injector firing, and minimum/maximum rpm range. The brain of K&N's ECI systems is the ECU, which vigilantly monitors the input from the oxygen sensor to ensure an optimal air-to-fuel ratio is maintained. If the system detects an AFR higher than the user-defined limit, the injector will fire. Unlike a typical electronic fuel injection system, the ECI works cooperatively with your existing carburetor, supporting the fuel flow rates that high-horsepower vehicles require to operate efficiently. If your engine is performing lean, K&N's ECI systems will help make up for the fuel deficit. Performance Design billet fuel rails will allow you to complete your fuel system without having to source your own fuel rail and confirm fitment. The fuel rails come with stainless steel mounting and are available in red or black anodized finishes. While these kits do include stainless steel mounting hardware, port fittings to feed or plug the rail ends will have to be sourced due to the variety of available customizations. You can forget about fitment issues with the Performance Design billet fuel rails when you order the model designed to fit your intake manifold. Select the application needed.
