Summit Racing™ heat shields are ideally suited for heat protection in the space-limited firewall, under vehicle, exhaust path areas, or to wrap certain engine components. These self-adhesive shields measure only 0.24 inches thick and are able to handle up to 1,000 degrees F ambient temperature. They're available in natural aluminum or painted in a high-temperature black coating. Summit Racing™ heat shields can provide a remarkable decrease in protected surface temperatures--and may reduce noise, as well.
