As kit components vary by truck model, BDS's tried and true high-clearance design holds true for improved ground clearance strength and off-road protection, all while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics.

Up front the kits utilize high-arched laser-cut 1/4 in. thick steel crossmembers, top-mounted strut spacers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and a skid plate designed for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with a pair of massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles designed to work with replacement/factory tie rod ends to maintain steering angles for proper function and ESC compatibility.
