BD Diesel E-PAS emergency engine shutdown systems are engineered to help prevent runaway scenarios by cutting the air supply to your big rigs engine--ensuring fuel injection to cease. The E-PAS (electronic controller) simply re-purposes the factory butterfly valve in your EGR system. It installs easily with factory style plug-in connectors, and it will not interfere with normal operation, throw codes or check engine lights. Most importantly, device can be easily uninstalled for those that lease their truck.
