Holley offers EFI Hi-Ram intake manifolds for a variety of applications, including many vehicles from the 1950s, '60s, '70s, and '80s with a Chevy small block Gen I engine. Fuel rail kits are provided and have mounting for both long and short type fuel injectors. These manifolds offer the performance potential and the appearance of professionally prepared billet and fabricated racing intake manifolds at the affordable price of a cast-aluminum product. They deliver 21st century performance for the iconic small-block Chevy engine. * Model 300-950 is of standard Hi-Ram configuration with a "top-feed" plenum and a plenum top designed to accept up to an 105mm Gen IV LS 4-bolt throttle body, including drive-by-wire throttle bodies. * Model 300-951 is a hood-height friendly Hi-Ram variation which has a "front-feed" plenum and a forward-facing throttle body flange which accepts an up to 95mm LS 4-bolt throttle body, also, including DBW throttle bodies. Doug's Headers has long been recognized of as one of the premiere exhaust header manufacturers in the performance industry. Since1958, they have been producing high-quality, hand-built, mandrel-bent exhaust headers. Each and every header is tuned with the proper tube size and length to efficiently remove all of the exhaust from each cylinder, reducing pumping losses, and resulting in dramatic increases in horsepower and torque. Doug's headers are carefully developed on the vehicles that they are intended to fit and are re-checked numerous times during the design and manufacturing process. Their designs include mid-length headers, Tri-Y headers, and long tube headers, plus manifold replacement headers. Their headers come with all the necessary mounting hardware, collector reducers or connector pipes, premium extra-thick gaskets, and detailed installation instruction sheets. The gaskets are rated up to 1100 degrees F, pressures to 3700 psig (255 bar), and are designed for an exact port match with their headers. Doug's Headers offer a choice of finishes: * Metallic Ceramic Thermal Barrier Coating (MCTBC), which is polished with a vibratory finishing process that not only produces a high-luster aluminum appearance, but also compresses and activates the coating, which increases the surface hardness. The finish is 60 percent more corrosion resistant than an unpolished surface, easy to maintain, and will last for years under normal operation conditions.
