Made from premium grade, lightweight A356-T61 aluminum, DHC™ 175 heads feature the exterior styling and straight spark plug holes that deliver the nostalgic appearance of the original factory performance 186, 291,461,462 "double hump" or "camel back" castings that customers want. To keep with the vintage design, the heads are available with 69' later or without 68' earlier accessory bolt holes cast into them. 60cc CNC-profiled combustion chambers combined with a state of the art valve job and CNC blended bowl work under the valves and small cross-section intake runners promote low-rpm torque increases and boost high-rpm horsepower. The runners are finished with Trick Flow's® superior Fast As Cast® process that precisely duplicates the runner profile and performance levels of fully CNC-ported heads without the added machining cost. Depending on the kit you choose, the alternator, A/C, and optional power steering will be either outward or mid-mounted. These pulleys are precision CNC-machined from solid billet 6061 T-6 aluminum to fit perfectly and handle high-torque and vibration. They are then clear powdercoated to eliminate polishing in those hard-to-reach places. These pulleys will not fracture like common cast pulleys, since they have high-tensile strength for much longer wear.
