Summit Racing™ Direct-Fit AutoFuse Restoration Series 6-way accessory fuse block kits are 13-piece kits containing a 6-way AutoFuse Series accessory fuse block designed to use the 40mm mounting rails on our Direct-Fit AutoFuse Series fuse blocks that are integrated into our dash harnesses. They securely attach the accessory block to the side of the fuse block. Normally these accessory blocks are used when adding more fused circuits than the primary fuse block contains and when additional separate circuits from the vehicle's primary power distribution system are needed. Kits contain 12 total terminals separated into two bus bar strips, allowing the enthusiast the ability to design the capability by cutting the bus bar strips in multiple configurations or by leaving the bus in a one full strip option. This can be used to feed multiple cavities with a single circuit, as well as one entire side of the block. A single 6-way strip is rated at 10- and 12-gauge cable applications and the corresponding 6-way strip is rated at 14- through 18-gauge cable applications. See Instruction Sheets for more detailed examples and suggestions. Note: Use caution when mounting on Direct-Fit dash harnesses to ensure sufficient clearance is available to mount the accessory fuse block on the specific side of the block desired. In some applications, the fuse block will not clear structural devices, such as emergency brake pedal system brackets, etc. when the primary fuse block is installed.
