For years, if you wanted to use your dyno's powerful data acquisition system to display and record air/fuel ratios, you had to piece together an external standalone air/fuel meter, along with a custom-made wiring harness to get a proper signal to record. Seeing the need for an easier way, FAST developed a plug-and-play kit that makes it easy for owners of any SuperFlow 902, AutoDyn, or CycleDyn dyno to measure their test engine's air/fuel ratio. FAST wideband O2 sensor kits for SuperFlow dynos include a wideband oxygen sensor and an O2 sensor processing unit that plugs directly into the AMP-style connector harness on the dyno. Once you configure the dyno's analog channel for the fuel you're using, the dyno will begin to display and record the air/fuel ratio. These V-Force3 reed valve assemblies by Moto Tassinari are the reed valve systems of choice for anyone who's serious about 2-stroke engine performance. The simple premise of the V-Force3 reed valve assemblies is increasing throttle response and engine power throughout the band by increasing surface area, thus improving efficiency. Because the reed petals only need to travel half the distance of those on a conventional reed valve design, there is a greater chance of them being fully opened, as well as a better chance of sealing when they are "closed." Also, the V-Force3 reed valve assemblies generally last longer, as they receive less wear than the reed petals on a conventional reed valve design. Available for a wide range of applications, they're offered in block hugger, competition, fenderwell, lakester, long tube, mid-length, shorty, upright, and turbo styles. Varying with the application, Flowtech headers are constructed from sturdy and lightweight cold-rolled mild steel or stainless steel for increased strength and durability. All tubing is mandrel-bent to provide consistent tubing diameter for smooth flow and increased exhaust velocity. Extra-thick, machined header flanges provide a leak-free seal and maximum strength. For long-term rust and corrosion-resistance, available finishes include natural and polished stainless steel, high heat-resistant black paint, or a satin silver metallic ceramic thermal barrier coating. All mounting hardware and premium gaskets are included. Important notes: Breaking in an engine with ceramic coated headers WILL result in damage to the coating and will VOID all warranties. Ceramic coated headers require several heat cycles to fully cure before they will withstand extreme heat. Hooker recommends using cast iron exhaust manifolds or old headers to break in new engines to avoid coating damage. Flowtech does not recommend the use of header wraps as this will void the warranty.
