EPAS Performance Hydroelectric Pump System Kits
EPAS Performance's Hydroelectric Pump System has a program that works with an angle sensor and CAN protocol. The converter talks to the pump via the angle sensor, ramping up the system's pressure as needed. There is no noticeable delay or drop in pressure when input at the steering wheel is exerted. This steering conversion kit includes 6 ft. of high-pressure sending hose, 6 ft. of low-pressure return hose, and the power cords are 10 ft. in length. An oil cooler can be added for racing applications. The wiring harness is essentially plug-and-play, and only requires a hot ignition source and full battery power. System draw is anywhere between 1 amp to 45 amps, spending most of its time in the lower amp range. Maximum pressure of the unit is rated at 1900 psi @ 5 gpm; and the absolute maximum length of the pressure hose and return lines is 17 ft. Introducing the Camburg Engineering KINETIK Series billet control arms, the ultimate setup for your rig. These upper arms are meticulously designed and refined to meet high standards. CNC-machined from aerospace-quality 6061 billet aluminum, they are bead blasted, Type II anodized (color options), and feature a laser-etched Camburg logo. Equipped with a larger FK 1.50 in. uniball with a PTFE liner, these arms offer increased strength and misalignment for maximum wheel travel. They're far superior to cheaper imports. The uniball is adapted to the spindle/knuckle using model-specific spacers machined from heat-treated stainless steel. No drilling or modifications are required. The 1.50 in. uniball allows for a larger and stronger 9/16 in. 12-point bolt with a low-profile press-on uniball cap for durability. Additional camber and caster adjustment is possible with the use of larger and stronger FK 7/8 in. chromoly Heim joints, which also eliminate flexing/deflection under hard use and braking without binding. The arms come with AN/Mil-spec hardware, including a single pinch bolt and secondary jam nut for secure Heim joint attachment. Zone Rate Tuning manipulates the factory linear-rate spring tuning to produce three distinct performance zones with a more exaggerated spring curve to tackle various driving conditions. An internal negative-rate spring offsets the factory spring's preload while in the Extension Zone. This eliminates top-out clunk and shock stress at full extension, while softening tire landing and reducing body roll on impact during aggressive driving. The factory spring rate is unaffected in Drive Zone for a comfortable and controlled ride. A provided progressive microcellular bump stop effectively retunes the spring rate while in Compression Zone to reduce bottoming and body roll during aggressive driving.
