AEM Mini Master battery management systems are comprised of three components: 1. VCU 2. BMS-18 Mini Master 3. BMS-18 Satellite(s) The BMS is implemented as two different module types: the Mini Master and the Satellite. Each module is capable of measuring up to 18 cells and three temperatures (thermistors), but the Master also contains the CAN communication interface and J1772 charging specific connections needed for each battery pack. The VCU communicates with the BMS via the Mini Master module and all battery packs need at least one Mini Master unit. The Satellites expand the capability of the Master by an additional 18 cells and three thermistors per additional Satellite connected. The Satellite modules are connected to their Master via a high-speed serial interface (isoSPI) that allows additional units to be daisy chained together, adding as many Satellites as necessary for the battery pack configuration. The VCU is responsible for all BMS control logic. All setup and calibration items can be modified using the AEMCal user interface. For your data recorder to be able to monitor an analog channel it must receive a signal that it can recognize. The Racepak Module PT2 convert the analog parameters to a standard 0-5 volt signal required by the recorder. The transducer module (combination sensor and signal conditioning modules) provides direct connection to the measured parameter, such as fuel or oil pressure. The signal conditioning module allows the connection of remote sensors, such as thermocouples or position sensors, to the data recorder.

Holley boost control solenoids are designed for optimal performance when using the boost control function of Holley EFI. Some setups require two solenoids and some require one. They're driven by a Pulse Width Modulated (PWM) output of the ECU. It is advised NOT to use the PWM+ outputs on a Holley HP ECU, but rather use the PWM- outputs. If you have a Holley Dominator ECU, use either the PWM- outputs or a PWM+ output on the J2B connector.
