Supercharged Gen III Hemi engines have a relatively large intercooler manifold on the back of the supercharger; therefore, the factory manifold may cause clearance issues in an engine swap into a classic muscle car or truck. Lingenfelter C6 ZR1 LS9 supercharger snout or supercharger front cover assemblies provide reduced pressure drop and increased horsepower on stock and higher pulley ratio applications. The front supercharger cover casting was designed to provide a more direct path for the airflow from the throttle body to the supercharger.
