These Flaming River Military specification U-joints are made to military specifications for aircraft and have become a favorite among drag racers for their lightweight design and low maintenance. A lubricant-filled silicone boot requires no maintenance and gives the U-joint longer life, and the boot is designed for the high temperatures caused by racing--it has a continuous rating of 650 degrees F.
