The included NovaStar GX H4 Halogen bulb is blue but when turned on it illuminates a bright white light without a blue tint. So, what are the advantages of a projector headlight you might ask? RedLine Lumtronix special projector optics are made to allow the driver to project the main beam further down the road and to see object far away with less light on the side of the road. The old OEM convex parabolic lens of yesteryear with the prisms built right into the lens blocks approximately 50 percent of the light from escaping the headlight—which means less light to see the road. In contrast, the RedLine LumTronix crystal clear lenses offer 50 percent more light and are designed with a special side lens to extend past the retainer ring.
