Palmgren rotary cross-slide tables have precise rotary, lateral, and transverse feeds for rapid positioning of the work piece. Available in a range of sizes, when bolted to a machine these tables increase your ability to mill, route, shape, cut slots and keyways, as well as grind. Intricate jobs become easy on metal, plastic, composites, or wood. Palmgren's cross-slide tables with angles are remarkably precise and, with their tilting capability, they provide all the combinations of movements and positioning necessary to add increased versatility on drill presses, milling machines, surface grinders, or layout tables. Rotary indexing, lateral and transverse cross feed, and graduated angle settings all in one table. Palmgren rotary cross slide tables feature: * Accurately position work on the "X" and "Y" axis * 360 degree table rotation * Precision-ground table top to 0.001 in. total indicator reading * A 5/8 in. keyway and mounting lugs are provided for locating and accurate, secure mounting * Smooth, worm gear drive provides positive rotary feed * Balanced ball-crank feed handles do not extend below the base to eliminate interference with the machine table * 4 in. cross slide travel * Cross slide dials are calibrated in 0.001 in. increments * Rotary dials are graduated in 3 minute increments and 1 minute increments on the Vernier scale * Angular inclination from 0 degrees horizontal to 90 degrees vertical (tilting models) * Angular position is indicated in 1 degree increments and locked via four bolts and two side plates (tilting models)
