BDS Suspension heavy-duty radius arms upgrade the weak factory stamped steel versions on your vehicle. They add strength, functionality, and styling, plus correct the suspension geometry when used with lifted applications. Built from heavy wall tubing, these arms are gusseted and fully welded for superior strength, along with larger OE-style rubber bushings to isolate NHVs with zero maintenance needed. The design offers additional tire clearance along with more ground clearance over drop brackets. BDS radius arms are finished in a durable textured black powdercoat and most have lower cam slots for easy caster adjustment.

These radius arms fit OE and aftermarket Ford-style I-beam axles with a standard 2.25 in. perch boss. Manufactured from T6061 aluminum and available in machined or show-polished finishes, they measure 33.25 in. center-to-center with the correct caster angle built-in. Johnson's front radius rods are sold in kits and come complete with two radius rods, hardware, and frame tabs to attach to the frame rails. These Tuff Country EZ-Ride arms are 15 in. longer than stock for more wheel travel, and are angled inward to allow for better tire clearance. Rear mounting brackets use a pivoting axis mount to improve articulation.
