Manley Piston Ring Groove Lock Spacers

Manley piston ring groove lock spacers feature a radial tension design (RTD) that prevents rotation.

Should your custom Platinum piston requirements necessitate the wrist pin hole break into the oil ring groove, Manley can widen the oil ring groove and incorporate a groove lock spacer available in several sizes. Manley's RTD groove lock spacers have replaced the old-school, dimpled-style pieces. Their pistons requiring G/L spacers are manufactured with a "receiver groove" within the oil ring groove where the RTD G/L spacers snap into place. Order the proper size and quantity to meet your requirements.
