Stef's Oil Pump Primers

The first few seconds of an engine's life are critical. Stef's oil pump primers help start a motor off right by pre-lubing the bearings before firing the engine. The shaft is inserted in place of the distributor; a drill motor chucked on the small end of the primer spins the oil pump, pressurizing the oil galleys and ensuring there's an adequate supply of lubrication throughout the engine. Models are available with a spacer to pressurize the lifter galley—or with a spacer to pressurize both the lifter galley and distributor drive.
