Nitrous Outlet Direct Injection Rails

Nitrous Outlet offers several single, dual, and vehicle-specific injection rail options. All rails are machined from 6061 billet aluminum and have two 200 thousandths orifice nitrous and fuel channels that extend the length of the rail. The rails are anodized black and laser etched with the Nitrous Outlet logo.

Select a single Nitrous Outlet injection rail only, or a single or dual rail kit that includes all fittings and hardware. These choices are DIY and must be tapped for plugs and fittings. They can be used for direct port applications or to convert your system from distribution blocks to rails.

* The dual injection rail kit comes with two injection rails, four 1/16 NPT plugs, four 1/8 x 1/8 NPT straights, and (16) 5/16 x 3AN straight fittings.
* The single injection rail kit comes with one injection rail, two 1/16 NPT plugs, two 1/8 x 1/8 NPT straights, and (16) 5/16 x 3AN straight fittings.

Nitrous Outlet also offers a vehicle-specific kit designed to work in conjunction with the tight spaces of the Corvette engine bay. This dual injection rail kit comes with two injection rails cut to 10 1/2 in. and is drilled and tapped to accept fittings, four 1/16 NPT plugs, four 1/8 x 1/8 NPT straights, and 16 5/16 x 3AN straight fittings.
