KBS Cycle Tank sealer kits clean, prep, and seal tanks up to 5 gallons in size. This 3-step system includes KBS AquaKlean, KBS RustBlast, and KBS Gold Standard Tank Sealer. Use the heavy-duty, water-based KBS AquaKlean to thoroughly clean and degrease your tank. Then, use the KBS RustBlast to remove rust and etch the interior metal to provide a proper surface for adhesion. Formulated with Oxygen-Block Technology, these prep products reduce the occurrence of flash rust by over 80 percent and extend rust-free storage times by leaving a temporary protective coating in addition to a zinc phosphate film. The final step is the KBS Gold Standard tank sealer. This sealer is a ready-to-use coating that cures into a tough, fuel-impervious seal that prevents rust and corrosion and seals weld seams and pinholes permanently. Although KBS Gold Standard tank sealer cures to a rock-hard finish, it remains flexible enough to withstand vibration, expansion, and contraction.
