Holley fuel pressure regulators with a pulse damper offer several benefits for performance and reliability. Fuel pulse dampers are designed to act in tandem with the fuel pressure regulator to further control the fuel pressure in an EFI system. These devices help stabilize fuel pressure by absorbing the pressure fluctuations (pulsations) caused by injectors opening and closing, and by the fuel pump. This leads to smoother fuel delivery, improved engine performance, and can help prevent lean spots that can cause stumbling or hesitation, especially during acceleration.
