Brush Research nylon twisted-in-wire miniature brushes are excellent for micro burr removal, thread cleaning, cross hole deburring, small bore internal cleaning, rust removal, and precision surface preparation. These nylon miniature brushes are safe, non-reactive and offer an excellent alternative to traditional steel filament brushes. They can be mounted in a collet, chuck or similar holding device and can be used in hand drills, drill presses and CNC machine tools. Brushes can be run either dry or with lubricant. When using brushes under power, utilize a clockwise rotation only, do not reverse the brush while inside a hole. The miniature brushes can also be used manually. These high-quality abrasive nylon brushes are made of silicate or aluminum oxide grains evenly extruded through a nylon filament, and feature non-magnetic 304 stainless steel, single spiral stems for corrosion protection, heat resistance and long life.
