Permatex electrical contact and parts cleaner is suited for cleaning electrical and electronic devices. This fast evaporating, non-corrosive cleaner leaves no residue, yet efficiently removes grease, dirt, oil, flux, and other surface contaminants. It can be used to clean circuit boards, computer components, relay switches, electric motors, starters, pumps, motor windings, solenoids, generators, compressors, and other electronic parts. This Permatex product is designed to be an alternative to CFC-113, 1, 1, 1-trichloroethane, and perchloroethylene solvents.
