Extreme acceleration and braking can uncover the main jets creating a lean condition and reducing performance. Eliminate that problem with Summit Racing™ jet extensions, they screw into the metering block and move the jet and its fuel entry point into the fuel bowl.

Improve performance with AED jet extensions. Virtually all single carbureted drag cars need rear jet extensions. During acceleration and high g-forces, fuel is pushed to the rear-most portion of the float bowl, uncovering the jets and creating a lean condition, which reduces performance. AED's bored stainless steel extensions have a special half-moon shape that ensures plenty of fuel volume and clears the stock floats.

These Holley main jet extensions feature a new design that actually screws into the metering block. The main metering jet threads into the end of the extension, moving the fuel entry point for the main jet out into the fuel bowl. When it's in this location, it cannot be uncovered preventing a lean condition during periods of extreme acceleration or braking.
