Baileigh Industrial BR-18E-24 Power Bead Rollers

Baileigh Industrial BR-18E-24 power bead rollers have a capacity of 16-gauge mild steel and 14-gauge aluminum. Powered by 110 V, the variable-speed bead rollers are ideal for most beading applications. Their 24 in. throat depth is perfect for putting beads in 4 ft. x 8 ft. sheet metal, but is compact enough to make even the most intricate beading patterns. The frame is made from heavy plate steel that's fully welded for further rigidity. The bead depth is adjustable via the top roll.

All moving parts on the BR-18E-24 power bead rollers feature bronze bushings for long life. A powerful industrial-grade motor and gearbox drive the rolls forward or backward. Control of the machine is achieved by a variable-speed foot pedal that allows the operator to have both hands free to work the material. Like most Baileigh bead rolls, this model comes standard with a depth stop for perfectly straight beads, and a heavily constructed floor stand that includes a die rack.
