ICT Billet modulator delete plugs allow you to retain the factory modulator valve and lock it into place. They're designed to be used with manual valve bodies. Made from strong billet aluminum, these plugs will not leak or have problems lasting the life of the transmission. Order the model recommended for your transmission make and type.

Too much line pressure can cause damage to various parts under the hood of your vehicle. TransGo vacuum bypass kits will run vacuum to the transmission, even set to full manual. Not doing so will put excessive strain on your pump, seals, and engine thrust bearing. Bypass units are for use on engines with a vacuum modulator that are supercharged or turbocharged—to prevent increased boost from causing runaway line pressure.

ATI modulator plug hold-down clamps replace the OEM clamps on your T400. You no longer have to reuse or spend time trying to find these commonly worn-out parts for your build. ATI modulator plug clamps are exact or better-than OE-style replacements, and they will mate perfectly with other OE parts and competition-type shifters without modifying the case. Don't let an old small part ruin your new racing transmission. ATI has exactly what you need for a successful build.

Pacific Performance Engineering EPC blockers solve a big problem with the 2011-19 Allison 1000 transmission ... low mainline pressure. Mainline pressure is created by the transmission's oil pump, directed by the valve body to the applied pistons, and creates clamping force on the clutch packs, allowing them to clamp quickly and completely. Reduced or not having enough mainline pressure at the right time means reduced clamping force—not enough to hold the torque of the engine, and when clutch packs slip, they generate excessive heat, destroying the clutch pack material. The stock EPC functions to modulate line pressure. During a shift, the transmission control module commands the EPC to vary mainline pressure. The pressure will rise from 80 up to 230 psi, then after the shift, the pressure drops back down to 80 psi, and at 80 psi the clutch packs don't hold the torque of the engine. Towing heavy loads or adding aftermarket upgrades adds even more stress on the clutch packs. PPE's EPC blocker kits quickly install between the EPC solenoid and the valve body. There is no need to remove the valve body, just drain the transmission fluid, remove the oil pan, and install the EPC blocker. Once installed, the EPC blocker will allow all the available mainline pressure, up to 230 psi, to always reach the applied pistons and clutch packs. An easy alternative to transmission line pressure tuning, you can improve shift quality and increase the ability to hold more horsepower with Pacific Performance Engineering EPC blockers.
