Sonnax Line pressure booster kits allow you to shift aggressively and then feel the tranny grab the clutches with more power when it changes gear. The larger boost valves and matching regulator springs raise line pressure progressively as higher pressure is commanded. These kits modify the sensor signal, which causes the computer to create a pressure increase. They're installed between the pressure sensor and vehicle harness using OE-style sealed connectors; no modifications are needed to the transmission.

Sonnax hydraulic line pressure booster kits contain stronger pressure regulator springs and large ratio boost valves designed to work together, providing progressive pressure increases as driving conditions become more demanding. Their springs are approximately 10 percent stronger than OEM and more conservative in impact than other aftermarket kit springs. Sonnax TCC regulator and isolator valve kits assist in recovering hydraulic control and renew TCC performance. Severe wear of the TCC (torque convertor clutch) regulator valve bore, caused by oscillation of the OE valve, allows the regulated converter to apply pressure to your exhaust. This is a primary cause for TCC-related slip code and overheated converters. Exhaust pressure also diminishes line pressure, which can result in burnt clutches. Excess wear at the isolator valve bore reduces TCC apply pressure. Reconditioning the bore and installing a Sonnax TCC regulator and isolator valve kit will restore normal TCC operation by reestablishing the hydraulic integrity of this circuit.
