Trail-Gear Rock Assault Front Axle Housings

Trail-Gear Rock Assault front axle housings give you clearance to go where you want and the muscle to do it! Their strength comes from heavy-duty, press-formed, 1/4 in. plate steel center sections; 1/2 in. plate steel differential mounting surfaces; 5/16 in. thick 1020 DOM axle tubes; and forged 1035 steel knuckle balls. Trail-Gear's knuckle balls are stronger than stock, so there are no worries of them becoming closed or bent. And, the thicker differential mounting surface ensures that the studs cannot pull out, even under heavy loads. Trail-Gear's design—offset tubes and shaved center section—provides you with added clearance to climb the high country. Plus, since housings are precision-aligned with computer imaging, you can rest assured they're 100 percent straight and true. You have a choice of bare tubes, or with spring perches installed—or 3-link ready with a panhard bracket included. You're equipped to attack any terrain with Trail-Gear Rock Assault front axle housings.

Trail-Gear Classic Front Lift Kits

Trail-Gear Classic front lift kits are designed for first generation 1979-85 factory solid axle Toyota trucks and 4Runners. They include super flexible leaf springs, long-travel shocks, and high-steer crossover steering--all of which combine to bring you up to 20 in. of articulation for serious rock crawling ability. The kits are available in a choice of lifts, and depending on the specific tires and wheels, will accommodate 35 in. to 40 in. tires. Available heavy-duty versions have higher spring rates. Trail-Gear also added a 7th leaf and readjusted the length of the leaves to match. If you are running a larger V6 or a V8, you will appreciate the extra weight-carrying capacity of these springs. Trail-Gear Classic front lift kits include: * Front spring hanger with bolts and bushings * Front leaf springs with bushings * Greasable shackles * Two Bilstein shocks * Two shock hoops with gussets * U-bolt flip kit * Two extended front brake lines * High-steer crossover steering * Steering stabilizer kit * Small differential armor * Upper axle gusset * Knuckle rebuild kit * Two wheel bearing kits * Bump stops * Spring pad * Instructions

Trail-Gear Rock Assault Rear Axle Housings

Beef up your rear-end with Trail-Gear Rock Assault rear axle housings. Better trail performance comes in the shape of fabricated, thick steel center sections and differential mounting surfaces, heavy-duty DOM axle tubes, and 4130 chromoly flanges. Plus, Trail-Gear engages the tubes further into the center section, with a 360 degree gusset welded around the tubes on the inside of the housing, to ensure that your rig is strong enough to go wherever you want! All-Pro Off-Road Extreme Suspension Lift Kits

All-Pro Off-Road Extreme suspension lift kits gather everything into one package that has all the "trick" parts for your factory solid axle toy. That means flexy off-road performance, positive control on the highway—and stable, predictable suspension in all driving conditions, on or off-road. This is far more than a simple bolt-on kit. It provides up to 4.5 to 7.5 in. of lift, depending on the springs used. The front axle is moved forward 1.5 in. as compared to stock; and with just minor fender trimming, it provides room for 35 in. x 12.50 tires mounted on 10 in. wide wheels. With some additional firewall work, it's possible to fit up to 38 in. tires. Due to the extra flex, All-Pro recommends switching to the wider rear axle from a 1986-95 Toyota Pickup or 4Runner. These axles have larger drum brakes and are 3 in. wider than the 1979-85 rear axles. This allows for more clearance between the tire and frame that can otherwise be a problem when running tires larger than 33 in. All-Pro offers 1.5 in. wheel spacers (not included) to use on the front axle to match these wider rear axles. Order the Extreme lift kit with the options preferred for your application.
