Your gooseneck trailers have the advantage of attaching to a ball centered in the bed of the truck over the rear axle, which puts its tongue weight directly over the springs, providing a smoother ride. These hitches feature a removable 2 5/16 in. trailer ball, a center locator for an easy installation, 5/8 in. safety chain loops, and a 3/8 in handle with double locking pins for added safety. They have a chrome plated trim ring and a rubber cover for a finished look. No welding or removal of the bed is needed, but an installation kit is required. There's no end to the sizes and types of gooseneck trailers on the market.
