King MC-Series Rod Bearings

King introduces the new solution for the aftermarket demand of superior service life and performance in modern engines. The King MC-Series rod bearings were engineered in the wake of ongoing internal combustion engine development—resulting in ever-decreasing minimum oil film thickness values; higher cylinder pressures, temperatures and loads; smaller load carrying bearing surfaces; and lighter components. Additionally, "start/stop" technology produces more frequent mixed lubrication and metal-to-metal contact conditions. The new King MC-Series rod bearings feature a nano-composite polymer coating, known as K-340. It's designed for applying over relatively hard substrates: bronze, aluminum alloys, sputter overlay, and King silver overlay. These bi-metal silicone aluminum sets are available in different sizes for fitment on countless car and truck applications.

King XP-Series Rod Bearings

King XP-Series rod bearings feature advanced metallurgical and geometric technologies that meet extreme performance loads. They were developed for all performance applications that use forged steel aftermarket crankshafts and produce high loads for extended periods. King focuses on one product—bearings—and nothing else. Their innovative race-only Xtreme Performance Max Black Tri-Metal rod bearings have a 24 percent stronger overlay and 17 percent more fatigue strength by using a micro process called SecureBond. Built with enhanced tri-metal, King XP-Series rod bearings layer copper-lead construction with a nickel plate barrier and a lead/tin/copper Babbitt overlay over a steel backing in an adhesion process that provides superior stability and durability. King's advanced control measures hit a bull's-eye, maintaining wall thickness tolerances far tighter than their competitors—at an amazing +/- .0001 in.! XP-Series rod bearings are narrowed on the crank cheek side with increased crush height for improved bearing-to-bore contact, heat transfer, and reduced spin potential in high-rpm applications.

King XP-Series Main Bearings

Built with enhanced tri-metal, King XP-Series main bearings have a layered copper lead construction, with a nickel plate barrier and lead/tin/copper Babbitt overlay over a steel backing--in an adhesion process that provides superior stability and durability. King's advanced control measures hit a bull's-eye, maintaining wall thickness tolerances far tighter than their competitors: an amazing +/- .0001 in. The XP-Series main bearings are narrowed for large radii crankshafts and feature enlarged, chamfered oil holes with full, 3/4 in., or 1/2 in. grooving for improved oiling. They deliver consistent and reliable performance with a high-load capacity. These race-only Xtreme Performance (XP-Series) Tri-Lecular main bearings are proven track-tough to handle the ground-shaking power of your race engine. Hundreds of sets are available; order the bearings recommended for your vehicle.

Sealed Power MA Series Main Bearings

These Sealed Power MA Series main bearings can actually polish the journals on your crankshaft. That's because there's a small percentage of silicon mixed in with the aluminum and tin that make up the bearing-surface alloy. The silicon is there for wear resistance, but its toughness actually smoothes the journals of a crank whose surface hasn't been optimized! This special surface alloy is laid over a high-strength 1010 steel backing and delivers improved seizure and corrosion resistance, as well as better control of wall variance. It also helps to minimize debris embedding, which can score the crank's surface.

Clevite H-Series Main Bearings

Clevite H-Series main bearings were developed primarily for NASCAR racing, but are well suited to other types of competition engines as well. They're especially good for engines that run at medium-to-high revs. They have steel backings with carefully selected overlays and a high crush factor, plus a medium level of eccentricity. H-Series bearings have enlarged chamfers at the sides for greater crank-fillet clearance and are made without flash plating for better seating. They are also available with either 180 degree or 360 degree oil grooves, as well as an extra 0.001 in. of clearance.
