Skyjacker Suspensions offers Long Travel Lift Kits with ADX 2.0 Adventure Series Remote Reservoir Shocks for a wide range of Jeeps —featuring front and/or rear lift applications ranging from 2 in. to 6.5 in. Skyjacker specifically engineered a progressive 2-stage dual rate long travel coil. The 1st Flex Rate stage delivers a comfortable ride with the ability to flex expand during full articulation as the suspension drops (full droop). This keeps the coil springs seated in the upper coil mount/bucket and the tires in contact with the terrain. The 2nd Ride Rate stage only engages after compression past the Flex Rate. Engineered to coordinate with your Jeep model's distinctive handling characteristics, rear coils are side specific. Skyjacker's ADX 2.0 Adventure Series remote reservoir aluminum monotube shocks deliver modern technology in the design with an innovative off-road race-inspired full-displaced valving system. Engineered for higher speed applications, remote reservoir shocks still perform at crawl. The external remote reservoir separates the nitrogen gas from the oil with an Internal Floating Piston (IFP). The majority of the reservoir contains pressurized nitrogen gas. The IFP prevents the gas and oil from mixing or foaming (cavitation). Longer replacement front lower control link arms correct caster angle. The inward offset bend improves tire clearance to maximize turning radius. Longer replacement rear upper control link arms correct rear driveshaft pinion angle. Both pairs of links have pressed-in HD OEM-style vulcanized rubber bushings at each end. A replacement front adjustable track bar includes pressed-in HD OEM-style rubber bushing and an adjustable 3/4 in. heavy-duty rod end, jam nut and alignment bushings. Rock Jock Johnny Joint control arms allow 30 degrees of unrestricted movement in any direction. The lower arms (made of heavy-wall DOM tubing) are fully adjustable, and the pinion angle and caster can be adjusted—allowing your vehicle to be upgraded without having to replace your control arms. The upper arms are also fully adjustable, to allow complete freedom of movement. The Johnny Joint is used at both ends of the rear arms, front lowers, and one end of the front uppers.
