Nitrous Express has the upgrade your Hellcat wants! Their Billet Supercharger Lid for Hellcat/Demon applications replaces the factory supercharger lid for a quick and clean install. The improved airflow design of this new lid ensures maximum flow—and the placement of nitrous and water/methanol passages provides huge increases in horsepower and torque. The system does not have a spraybar, so nitrous and fuel are injected inline with the supercharger air discharge. This means the fuel/nitrous mixture is swept evenly to each runner. Nitrous/fuel passages are CNC-machined into the lid itself, so the spray pattern is in the perfect location every time. Injecting nitrous into this pre-intercooled hot air discharge super-cools the air charge, resulting in increased flow across the factory intercoolers for maximum power gains. Water/Methanol features: The Stage 2.5 uses the progressive VC-50 controller that proportionally injects more or less water/methanol, according to boost pressure. Start and full points are adjustable for engagement and delivery curve to match what the engine requires. Proportionally injecting according to boost pressure gives an accurate delivery of water/methanol—and allows cooling and performance improvements over a wide range for improved drivability. RIPP Superchargers 2015-17 Jeep Wrangler JK supercharger kits feature a Vortech V3 self-contained centrifugal supercharger, an air-to-air front mounted intercooler, larger plug-and-play primary injectors, and a proprietary plug-and-play map sensor. RIPP requires your vehicle's VIN and odometer mileage to send out a new PCM that will work in your Jeep as well as a DiabloSport inTune. You will replace your Jeep's PCM with the Diablo Modified one (it's only four screws to unhook). Once that's complete, you install the tune with your DiabloSport tuner and you're ready to go! If you need to go to the dealership for service work, all you would need to do is re-install your original PCM and they will not be able to tell that you have done any modifications. These supercharger kits bolt on in six to eight hours and are considered the most complete, easy-to-install systems on the market. ProCharger P-1X high-output supercharger head units feature the robust, self-contained gearcase that is standard on most ProCharger models, but with a new aerodynamic compressor design. They create cooler-charge air temperatures and more horsepower at the same boost level and step-up ratio as their industry-standard supercharger kits (P-1SC-1 and D-1SC). This higher efficiency design is engineered to be a bolt-in replacement for both of those—they fit in the same brackets—and offers greater maximum-power potential. The compressor side of these superchargers (the volute and impeller) was redesigned with greater efficiency and less parasitic engine load in mind.
