This is all due to their advanced flow-forming techniques and processes. It starts with a Tilted Gravity Cast (TGC) method, yielding an initial casting that is both stronger and lighter than common flow-formed methods used. Then Forgeline utilizes Cold Vertical Flow-Form technology to create the barrel, which maintains a steadier spin angle and consistent material temperature to deliver a higher quality result and better overall material structure compared to common hot horizontal processes. The result is a beautiful wide-split 5-spoke design with a black chrome finish that's durable and available in several sizes and fitments. (Additional finishes available.)
