S&S Cycle Oil Pump Kits

If you're overhauling an older motorcycle engine or building a lubrication system from scratch, consider the turnkey ease of S&S Cycle oil pump kits. They offer the same width oil supply and return gears as a stock Harley-Davidson® aluminum pump, but these driveshaft gears increase potential oil volume delivery by 25 percent over stock on some engines. S&S pumps are machined with an oil pressure bleed-off passage, relieving pressure build-up on top of the valve to maintain consistent oil pressure. Excess oil is also routed directly to the supply side of the pump to reduce the amount returned to the tank—which means less foaming and cavitation. The kits are available for a variety of bikes, including Big Twin models. Feuling Parts Race Series Oil Pumps

Engineered to the highest standards, Feuling Parts race series oil pumps are constructed out of 7075 billet aluminum and high-flow 4140 heat-treated chromoly gearotor gears. They're built to such strict standards and, being made of 7075 billet aluminum, have 50 percent greater strength than 6061 aluminum, with the ability to hold tighter tolerances at high temperatures. These well-engineered pumps can produce 40 percent more pressure than your stock pump and are capable of 60 percent more return volume, to reduce or eliminate blowby and wet sumping.
