In either mode, you get a race track shift that bangs through the gears and shaves time off of your ETs. When you use the manual gear selection feature, the StreetFighters upshift and downshift right when you move the lever, with no lag or governor override. When you select the normal drive position, they retain positive automatic shifts for the ease of driving you look for in an automatic transmission.

RAM Pro Street dual disc clutch kits are precision-balanced for smooth operation—and come equipped with a billet cover for optimum release length, a comfortable pedal effort, and a high diaphragm finger position for excellent high-RPM shifting capability. The sprung hub top disc absorbs shock and reduces driveline noise. Pro Street kits are available with your choice of an organic friction disc or a metallic disc. Organic disc models are capable of handling 500 to 800 hp; the metallic disc models can handle between 600 and 1,200 hp. RAM Pro Street dual disc clutch kits include a billet aluminum, SFI-certified flywheel with a steel insert that has sufficient mass to draw heat away from the clutch without distortion.
