Mr. Gasket Ultra-Seal exhaust gaskets are designed and constructed to improve the sealing of exhaust header flanges. Unlike standard exhaust gasket material, Ultra-Seal gaskets incorporate a graphite-impregnated facing and a steel-expanded metal core that reinforces and increases their tensile strength. This allows the gaskets to conform to warped flanges, giving them better sealing capabilities without deteriorating or cracking under the excessive heat and pressure that's common in exhaust systems. Ultra-Seal gaskets are available for a wide range of port styles and sizes. Mr. Gasket has two different oil pan gasket sets for your needs: Standard and Ultra-Seal. For stock rebuilds, the standard gaskets are just fine, but for high performance applications, the Ultra-Seals are where it's at. The Ultra-Seal oil pan gaskets are designed for today's performance engines that create excessive amounts of vacuum and pressure in the oil pan. They're constructed from a fiber material that features excellent tensile strength and superior blowout resistance.

Mr. Gasket Ultra-Seal gasket sets are made of a cellulose/nitrile material that is less compressible for excellent sealing and durability. This material has an anti-stick coating, plus a silicone bead around each intake port, except where noted, for a tight, leakproof seal. These gaskets are the perfect solution for intake-sealing problems associated with the small sealing areas between ports, and the different expansion rates of intake manifolds and cylinder heads.
