Vortech's tuner centrifugal supercharger kits feature lightweight, investment-cast aluminum impellers that are heat-treated, CNC-machined, and high-speed balanced to ensure smooth operation. The gear cases and volutes are cast from premium A356 aluminum alloy, heat-treated, and then CNC-machined. Kits are available in both satin and polished finishes and come with a step-by-step, fully illustrated installation manual. Tuner kits do not include fuel and engine management hardware to allow for custom tuning. These kits do require custom (dyno) tuning by a specialist. Tuner kits are not smog legal. Nitrous Express has the upgrade your Hellcat wants! Their Billet Supercharger Lid for Hellcat/Demon applications replaces the factory supercharger lid for a quick and clean install. The improved airflow design of this new lid ensures maximum flow—and the placement of nitrous and water/methanol passages provides huge increases in horsepower and torque. The system does not have a spraybar, so nitrous and fuel are injected inline with the supercharger air discharge. This means the fuel/nitrous mixture is swept evenly to each runner. Nitrous/fuel passages are CNC-machined into the lid itself, so the spray pattern is in the perfect location every time. Injecting nitrous into this pre-intercooled hot air discharge super-cools the air charge, resulting in increased flow across the factory intercoolers for maximum power gains. Water/Methanol features: The Stage 2.5 uses the progressive VC-50 controller that proportionally injects more or less water/methanol, according to boost pressure. Start and full points are adjustable for engagement and delivery curve to match what the engine requires. Proportionally injecting according to boost pressure gives an accurate delivery of water/methanol—and allows cooling and performance improvements over a wide range for improved drivability. The Stage 2.5 Boost Cooler will make the induction charge colder, denser, and increase 91 octane fuel to 116 octane race gas levels, allowing full power all the time!
