The high performance AGM RedTop is Optima's ultimate starting battery designed to deliver a strong burst of ignition power for a reliable start-up every time. Painless Performance battery cable kits include a red 1-gauge positive and a black 1-gauge negative cable with lightweight abrasion-resistant insulation capable of handling over 250 amps and heavy-duty terminals already installed, side post adapters, and high-amp crimp ring terminals. Their 16 ft. length make them ideal for trunk-mounted batteries and custom installs. The battery tray/hold-downs are made from premium aluminum and chosen to match the battery in the Summit Racing™ Pro Pack selected.

MechMan S Series 6-phase alternators offer incredible output in a compact and durable package. The 240 amp models offer the best balance between peak output, and output at engine idle RPM; while the 320 amp models are all about max power and not designed to charge at low idle speeds. Both S Series alternators feature 12 diodes, twin rectifier plates, and outstanding airflow ensure long service life, even in severe conditions. These units come equipped with a smaller 1.75 in. diameter alternator pulley, and will require a slightly shorter drive belt to be installed for proper belt tension. Order the model recommended for your auto application.
