Trick Flow® PowerPort® 270 Max Wedge-style cylinder heads will significantly improve the power of your big block Mopar right out of the box. How? Well for starters, PowerPort® 270 heads are made from premium grade A356-T61 aluminum. That's important because it weighs a lot less than cast iron and is very strong. Trick Flow® engineers fixed the shortcomings of the factory head design by relocating the oil holes for the rocker shafts and optimizing the shape of the runners to increase flow velocity and add much needed strength to the shaft bosses. PowerPort® 270 heads also feature larger, raised Max Wedge-style intake runners that provide a straighter path to the valve for improved airflow. The runners are treated to Trick Flow's® signature high resolution CNC Competition Ported surface finish that guarantees proper dimensional accuracy with balanced flow from runner-to-runner for maximum power potential. Additional advantages of PowerPort® 270 heads include clearance for 3/8 in. pushrods, ductile iron valve seats, bronze alloy valve guides, and multi-angle valve seat machining on precision Serdi® equipment. Assembled cylinder heads come with premium 11/32 in. stainless steel valves, Trick Flow® by PAC Racing valve springs, chromoly and titanium retainer options, and 7 or 10-degree steel valve stem locks. They are available fully assembled or as bare castings. Sold individually. These Quick Fuel QFX-Series carburetors feature an all-new die-cast aluminum main body, which has a lengthened venturi section for greater midrange torque and better airflow. The annular booster venturis are precision die-cast with CNC-machined billet aluminum inserts, providing smoother and more refined air entry, a stronger vacuum signal, less turbulence, and improved fuel emulsion for better combustion. The Quick Fuel QFX-Series carburetors use red anodized billet aluminum CNC-machined metering blocks featuring 3-circuit metering (gasoline carburetors), changeable emulsion, idle feed, and intermediate bowl and feed discharge. Next, the die-cast aluminum fuel bowl combines high strength with significant weight reduction.
