Howards Cams Reaper billet steel crankshafts are more robust than most because they have a uniform and non-stress grain structure. These cranks start with E4340 aircraft-quality bar stock material and are precision CNC-machined. They feature bearing journals with large fillet radii (chamfered bearings required) and weight-reducing holes in all rod journals. Reaper crankshafts are available for fitment in a variety of big block applications.
