Each transfer case passes a comprehensive battery of tests in Evolution Driveline's test center before being packaged and shipped. To enable you to buy with confidence, their computerized test center recreates actual driving conditions to analyze the performance of each transfer case. Evolution Driveline is the first manufacturer to offer hybrid problem-solving transfer cases that marry aftermarket solutions to OE-quality remanufactured products. Additional features: * Problem-solving applications include Jeep transfer cases with slip yoke eliminator kits and GM cases with oil pump wear-savers installed * Backlash, mesh load, leak, and rotational torque quality-control testing is performed on every unit * OEM cores are processed as individual units throughout the teardown and assembly process * Cores are cleaned using UMC ReTech's hydro-blast cleaning and rinse process * All case halves are wet sanded to ensure perfect mating surfaces * Loctite gasket eliminator and primer is used to seal all aluminum mating surfaces * Remanufactured in a ISO9001:2008 USA facility * 12 month/12,000 mile limited warranty

But before they ship, each unit goes through complete inspection, component replacement, and quality control process to assure dependable, reliable shift-ability. Zumbrota rebuilds units from New Process, Borg Warner, and other major manufacturers to fill fitments for foreign and domestic passenger cars, trucks, and SUVs.
