Hays Street 650 clutch conversion kits are designed to handle highly modified engines up to 650 hp naturally aspirated (600 hp for forced induction and nitrous combinations). The new 26-spline versions work in conjunction with a modern 5- or 6-speed transmission swap. These are true street/strip clutches for spirited high performance driving or frequent track use. The high performance dual-friction disc utilized in the Street 650 has an upgraded spring hub with heavy-duty damper springs to handle greater shock loads versus a standard damper spring. The disc features a sintered metallic friction surface and an organic friction surface. Rhodes Race Cars SCCA, NASA, and Drift roll cages are made specifically for hobbyists and for serious racers looking to compete in SCCA, NASA, or Formula D events. All road race cages feature a main hoop diagonal and dual door bars (can be made into dual X-bars). They are weld-in cages and feature notched tube ends (where applicable) for ease of installation. Roll cages are offered in these materials: * 1 5/8 in. O.D. 0.134 in. wall ERW mild steel tubing * 1 5/8 in. O.D. 0.120 in. wall DOM tubing * 1 5/8 in. O.D. 0.083 in. wall 4130 chromoly tubing DOM tubing is very strongly recommended; ERW cages will most likely NOT pass tech inspection for most classes. Chromoly is not recommended by most sanctioning bodies. Due to different requirements for specific classes and weights, you should check with your track or sanctioning body for specific guidelines prior to purchase.
