Patented ATI Super Damper standard harmonic balancers are the only crankshaft dampers designed exclusively for high performance engines. Inner and outer shells are available in aluminum or steel, and contain a steel inertia weight. The inertia weights have six (2-ring design) or eight (3-ring design) computer-machined grooves to retain the proper durometer O-rings (dyno tested for each application). They are loaded with exclusive high-tech features and are offered for more unique applications than any balancer made. Romac Red Series harmonic balancers feature all-steel construction and are available in blower balanced styles. They are SFI 18.1 spec approved, and feature 360 degreed and are fully encapsulated outer rings via a shoulder at the rear and a serviceable circlip mounted at the front of the outer ring. All Romac balancers are individually consecutively marked, fully serviceable and need no special bonding with the elastomer.
