Summit Racing offers engine swap motor mounts for a variety of applications, from the 1980s and up. The complete mounts include steel brackets with a black powdercoat finish and bolt-in hardware required for installation. Addressing the weak factory brackets, their mounting points and vulnerability in high-torque situations, Low Range Off-Road End of Story (EOS) transfer case cradles mount with 17 points of contact to the transfer case and has a full circle backbone that distributes torque around the whole case. These mounts allow you to raise your automatic transmission shifter up off the floor to give you a closer reach, which allows better control and convenience. There are two styles available: a .090 in. aluminum platform or a tubular mild steel pedestal. The aluminum versions are formed from .090 in. unfinished material and are available in 3.5 in. or 5 in. stationary heights. The steel pedestal versions are adjustable and removable with a quick-release pin and will go as high as 8 in. Both styles will require some holes to be drilled and possibly other fabrication.
