The feed limit low valve in listed GM transmissions limits line pressure feed to the default disable solenoid and control valves. Feed limit low pressure is also connected to the boost ball system for "A" and "B" clutch control. This feed limit low valve is subject to significant side-load force, resulting in severe wear and pressure loss to the default disable solenoid and connected control valves. Such pressure loss can put the vehicle into default mode at high speeds, resulting in momentary wheel lockup, sudden downshift to 2nd gear, harsh shifts or a P0747 code. The feed limit low valve can wear out in as little as 30,000 miles, with many vehicles requiring service by 35,000 miles. A national recall from GM includes installing updated software that monitors valve performance and wear, then triggers a check engine light and reduced propulsion message 10,000 miles before failure. Vehicles are then limited to 5th gear, commonly referred to as limp mode, until the valve body is serviced to address the failed valve. Sonnax patented this drop-in feed limit low valve kit to overcome bore wear, restoring proper valve function immediately without the need or expense of replacing the entire valve body. The valve reroutes the balance circuit through an internal passage, significantly reducing the side-load force, while upgraded materials prevent future wear. * The kit overcomes drivability issues related to the GM 10-speed wheel lockup recall * Patented valve and sleeve combination overcomes bore wear and significantly reduces future side loading of the valve * Hardcoat anodized aluminum valve and wear-resistant sleeve combat premature wear * Drop-in Zip Valve parts install quickly and easily * Kit contents: -- Valve -- Sleeve -- Spring -- Retainer -- Drill -- Rivet (Note: The OE feed limit low valve is susceptible to premature wear and therefore a critical failure point. Replacing the valve is recommended even if the transmission isn't exhibiting problems and the valve passes a vacuum test.)

If your factory CV boots are cracked, torn, or worn out, replace them with Low Range Off-Road CV boot kits before the damage spreads to your CV joints. These CV boot kits offer enhanced durability and flexibility compared to standard OEM boots, making them particularly beneficial for lifted off-road vehicles. The kits are designed to protect the constant velocity (CV) joints from contaminants and wear, especially when the axle operates at steeper angles. Constructed from high-quality neoprene or similar robust materials, these aftermarket boots are more resistant to abrasion, drying, and tearing than many standard factory-style rubber boots. This is crucial for protecting the CV joint from mud, water, sand, and other debris encountered while off-roading. These CV boot kits include a pair of OEM-style neoprene inner boots, along with appropriate CV-Joint clamps, axle C-clips, and necessary components for installation. Select the CV boot kit designed for your year, make, and model vehicle. Important Notes: CV-Joint clamp crimp pliers are required to install CV clamps. If you do not have crimp pliers, it is recommended to select kit with crimp pliers. Additional grease may be needed for Long Travel boots.

DRP Performance offers premium low drag bearing kits for a wide range of applications, including many Ford, Chevy, and Pontiac cars from the 1960s, '70s, '80s, and '90s. Low drag hub components reduce friction and lower temperatures, making your wheels spin easier, delivering more horsepower to the track—all while reducing maintenance and making your race car faster. Enhance your performance on oval track asphalt, oval track dirt, drag racing, road racing, and street applications. Kits include a DPR bearing spacer, DRP Premium Super finished Bearing Kit, and DRP Ultra low drag seal. Here are details on each component: * DRP Bearing Spacer: A difference you can feel—in the pits and on the track. Bearing spacers make the most difference of any low drag hub upgrade. Properly installed, these spacers will provide an immediate increase in hub free spin, an improvement large enough to feel just by pushing the car around. And the benefit doesn't stop there. Bearing spacers make the most difference when a side load (cornering force) is applied. Drivers have commented on how much faster a car with bearing spacers free rolls when entering and through the center of the corner. Bearing spacers simplify and reduce hub maintenance. Spindle nut torque is no longer sensitive. In fact, with spacers installed, you can tighten the spindle nut as much as you want without overtightening the bearings. (DPR recommends 20-40 lbs.-ft.) Bearings will run cooler and do not need to be repacked as often. Bearing spacers are simple to install. DRP bearing spacers have a threaded adjustment, allowing the user to quickly set bearing end play or preload. A set-screw locks the spacer at the desired adjustment. Once installed, they do not need to be readjusted unless you replace the hub or bearings. Bearing spacers are used in virtually every application in professional motorsports. * DRP Premium Super finished Bearing Kit: Reduce bearing temperature by over 100 degrees F verses stock bearings! Increase free spin by over 250 percent! DPR starts with premium quality bearings and puts them through a super finishing process. This process removes the grind marks and greatly smooths the surface of the bearing roller, while leaving a "hatch" pattern to retain grease. Quality wheel bearings will last the life of most racing applications. * DRP Ultra Low Drag Seal: …billet aluminum, full PTFE sealing lip, reusable, great for any application: dirt, asphalt, road race, street Decrease seal drag by over 1,000 percent! Air gap seals create an "air curtain" to keep debris out and eliminate drag completely! DRP Ultra Low Drag hub seals are true, purpose-built, high performance seals. The housing is made from lightweight aluminum. The sealing element is a special PTFE blend, giving it natural low friction qualities. Seals are reusable. Order the kit recommended for your vehicle.

DRP Performance Premium low drag bearing race kits are specialized steel wheel bearing races for high performance automotive racing. They're designed to reduce friction and drag at the wheel hub, making race cars faster. Key features: * Performance enhancement: By lowering temperatures, reducing friction, and decreasing drag, the races increase the "free spin" of the hub. This allows a race car to carry more speed through turns * Specialized finishing process: DRP uses a proprietary, hours-long finishing process to treat the races. This includes smoothing the surfaces and micro-etching a pattern to better retain grease. The result is a much cooler and smoother-running hub compared to standard bearings * Material and fitment: The kit includes inner and outer steel wheel bearing races specifically manufactured for "Wide 5" style hubs, or 5x5 hubs with 2 in. pin spindles

DRP Performance Economy low drag bearing race kits contain precision-finished inner and outer bearing races for a "wide 5" hub in a Circle Track race car. They're designed to reduce friction and lower temperatures in the wheel hub assembly, which frees up horsepower and increases wheel speed. Additional details: * Low-drag finishing: DRP puts each race through a multi-hour "Super Finishing" process to smooth the surface, which removes microscopic grinding marks and reduces rolling resistance * Kit includes only the inner and outer bearing races, not the bearings themselves. It is typically paired with a corresponding DRP low-drag bearing kit (i.e, DRP-007-10550C) * By reducing friction in the wheel hub, this bearing race kit provides several performance advantages for race cars: -- Increases wheel free-spin: Less friction allows the wheel to spin more freely, which can help increase the car's speed -- Lowers temperatures: Less friction also generates less heat. One test showed a drop in operating temperature from 240 to 128 degrees F when switching from stock to DRP finished bearings -- Frees up horsepower: The reduction in friction means less horsepower is wasted in overcoming mechanical drag and more is delivered to the track -- Extends bearing life: Cooler, smoother-running bearings are subject to less wear and tear, increasing their lifespan and reducing maintenance
