Woodward Fab Dimple Die Punch and Flare Tools
Dimple die punch and flare tools by Woodward Fab create distinctive holes in sheet metal. They can be used with up to 16 gauge for mild steel and 14 gauge for aluminum. Starting with a small pilot hole and tightening the provided draw stud bolt using two wrenches, these tools will first punch the hole—then continue to form the flare as the two sides are brought together. Flaring the hole adds rigidity and stiffness to the panel and reduces weight, while adding a striking feature to any custom application. Order the flanging die outside diameters needed for your projects. Additional details: * Draw stud-style; use without a press * Creates a clean hole and produces a gentle flare * Heat-treated steel construction

Light Racing flared hole dies strengthen and lighten your chassis. Used in sheet metal fabrications to provide rigidity and strength to flat, unsupported panels, they're manufactured from high-quality hardened tool steel and can flare holes up to 0.090 in. using chromoly or 0.125 in. using mild steel. Beginning with comprehensive finite element analysis supported by extensive prototype testing, the Light Racing flared hole dies are engineered to provide the optimum combination of performance attributes.

Baileigh Industrial Dimple Die Sets
Baileigh Industrial dimple die sets are made from strong 4140 steel alloy—and include all of the most popular sizes. Hydraulic press dimple dies will add that little extra touch to any project you have. Mild steel capacity is 10 gauge, and aluminum capacity is 14 gauge. A handy storage case is included.
