Anything to trim some time off motorcycle repairs, right? Well, OTC steering neck bearing race removers are the simplest method you'll find to extract that part from the stem. Just insert the remover into the neck, and adjust the bolt to tighten snugly against the inside diameter. The remover is then driven from the other end of the neck to remove the race.
