These rings can be installed on the outside of a vehicle and will operate in all weather conditions. They use a special type of LED--a SMD (Surface Mount Diode) that produces up to 50,000 hours of active utility and is made to output extremely vivid light, with only a fraction of the energy expenditure of traditional lights. There are multiple colors to select from, as well. The chips are installed onto a CAD-designed, 6-layer printed circuit board, which is very sturdy and will not break. Oracle LED load equalizers offer a quick fix for "rapid-flash" when installing LED turn signal bulbs. The "rapid-flash" occurs because high-efficiency LED bulbs do not draw enough power for the vehicle to recognize it, and assumes the bulb is missing; that causes the turn signal to blink rapidly. Oracle LED load equalizers increase the load presented to the system so it will use the proper flash rate.
